Last few days I went on reviewing some video downloaders for android.Undoubtfully,it is the tubemate which is the best youtube video downloader for android.But,for downloading videos from other sites,we should look for some other.In one of my previous posts,I mentioned that V browser was a good android video downloader for non-youtube sites.But,some of readers complained that it was hard to find this app in google play.Sometimes the app stopped automatically.So,I went through some of the android video downloaders.I installed and checked many of them.At last,I found the one for which I was searching for,The MultiClip video downloader.
Using MultiClip downloader I experienced much greater video downloading speed than the default video downloader on my android smart phone.In the app description,I found that this app will not support downloading videos from youtube due to certain policies.But,I tried downloading video from youtube and suceeded.In short,Multiclip downloader can be used to download video from almost any site.
MultiClip is not a video downloader alone.It can also be used to download or save movies,pictures and pdf documents from webpages.For downloading a video,open multiclip browser.You can see a search bar there.Either enter your search there or simply press the search button.Now a new window appears.Now,press ok button on your phone and select url input.There enter the url of the page from which you need to download and click on ok.After the page is completely loaded,press the ‘DL’ button on top right corner of the window.After a few seconds,you can see the complete list of videos,images and pdf documents downloadable from that page.Select the files by ticking and press the ‘DL’ button once more.You can see the download progress.
Drawbacks of Multiclip?
Resuming option for partially downloaded videos is not available.In the browser menu I didn’t find any stop or refresh buttons.While each download is progressing,a floating overlay ad appears just close it.Ads may sometimes appear at the bottom of the screen.This might be annoying to some of the users.
