Installation Steps: 
  1. Download latest TWRP for ghost (Moto X): https://dl.twrp.me/ghost/twrp-2.8.6.0-ghost.img.html
  2. Install TWRP
  3. Root and Select Restore Option in TWRP 
  4. Select the downloaded Zip (system & boot) and confirm.
  5. wipe data, cache & dalvik cache
  6. Reboot
  7. Share this.
System Version : 222.21.15
Tested On: XT1052, XT1053. But it will work on every other models.
