Instructions : 

• Extract the firmware file
• Get Odin 3.10.6 - https://mega.co.nz/#!XMI1xKQQ!_wuthVjQ02i_FCmQSSw-2NHJjB6hv_7gtsuBZlnjgBI
• Open Odin, and reboot phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
• Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
• Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
• Uncheck re-partition option
• Click the start button
